I graduated from Manchester University in 1989 with a BA Hons in Drama, after which I began my ongoing career as an actor in theatre, TV, radio, film, voiceover and corporate work.

With an interest in and passion for voice, after graduating I continued to train with particular attention to singing, under several specialists including Head of Singing at the RNCM. I continued to specialise in Voice, Speech and Communication,  completing Level 3 in the Estill Model with TheVoiceExplained in 2006*.    My acting and musical skills  have led me into some wonderful and varied theatre work over the last 30 years,  including Number 1 touring and major repertory theatres around the country. 

My teaching, training and coaching career has now spanned more than 15 years, and is based in tried, tested and safe methodologies and techniques, with the individual needs of the client always my priority.  I have spent my career learning and proving that there is always more than one way of doing things, and my continued privilege is to efficiently find that way with every client.
